Rosè d’une Nuit di Château La Coste: PRODUCTION

The Rosè d’une Nuit di Château La Coste was produced from Syrah, Grenache, and Vermentino grapes sourced from old company vines. In the cellar, the clusters were further selected and pressed whole to obtain the must. Alcoholic fermentation was initiated by indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature. The entire vinification process and 6-month aging took place in barrels and vats in contact with the yeast.

ROSE D'UNE NUIT CHATEAU LA COSTE: TASTING NOTES

Château La Coste's Rosè d'un Nuit is a light pink color with bright reflections. On the nose, it showcases aromas of small red berry fruits along with hints of rose and violet, and subtle spicy notes. The palate is irresistibly fresh and fruity, supported by a gentle mineral quality that lingers in the finish. When paired with food, it goes well with cured meats and cheeses as well as tasty seafood dishes like an excellent octopus salad with potatoes, olives, and capers.
