The Syrah Rosato Tellus di Falesco is produced in Montefiascone, from 3 hectares about 300 metres above sea level, on sandy soils of medium texture. The grapes are harvested in the first half of September; once in the cellar, maceration is carried out for about 2 hours at a low temperature (cryomaceration), which allows a moderate extraction of the components of the peel (for this reason it is a technique widely used in the production of Rosè). Fermentation takes place for 15 days in stainless steel, followed by a couple of months of stabilisation.

SYRAH ROSATO TELLUS FALESCO: TASTING

The Syrah Rosato Tellus di Falesco has a pale pink colour with violet reflections; on the nose, it is fruity and citrus, with strong notes of rose. In the mouth, it is fresh, fruity, light and drinkable. Perfect on hot summer evenings, for the company while cooking, or paired with delicate cold cuts and fresh cheeses: perfect with Parma ham, stracchino and fried pasta, or even with the delicious Quiche.
