REFUNDS AND RETURNS

On all purchases made by private customers on Etilika it is guaranteed the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of your order. Write to us at [email protected] giving all order informations and your request.

The bottles will have to be intact and undamaged, in the same conditions they were delivered.

You can ship back your order with a courier of your choice, and shipping costs will be entirely upon you. We suggest you use the same packaging in which it was delivered, to avoid breakage.

Once the order is back, we will reimburse it on the same method of payment used when you made it (with the premise that the products are undamaged).

RETURNING POLICY AND REFUND

Purchases made by consumers on Etilika.it are subject to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 and 21/2014, that guarantees the right to return, for whatever reason, the goods purchased sending a communication within 14 days from the reception date of the order and then return the goods within further 30 days.

Send an email to [email protected] containing the statement you want to exercise the Right to Cancel the order and return the goods indicating your name and order reference number. Goods are supposed to be shipped in the same conditions you received them without any damage.

You can choose the shipping method and the return costs are at your expense. We suggest to use the original packaging you received from us which provides best protection against further damage. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the reception of the goods using the same payment method as used by the User for the transaction, unless the User wants expressly be refunded through other payment methods.
