I Pianali Rosè di Tenuta Argentiera

I Pianali Rosè di Tenuta Argentiera was produced using Syrah grapes with the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a rosé born from a unique terroir, that of Bolgheri (LI) where the vineyards are protected on one side by woods, and on the other incredibly close to the sea. After the harvest, the grapes were transported to the cellar for vinification, during which alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, for a period of 15 days. The aging lasted 2 months in stainless steel in contact with the fine lees.

I Pianali Rosè di Tenuta Argentiera presents itself with a coral pink color and bright reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of ripe red berries and floral notes of violet roses combined with hints of spices. The palate is fresh and decisively sapid, with excellent taste-olfactory coherence. It pairs perfectly with cold cuts and cheeses as well as with tasty land and sea recipes, especially those with a tomato base.
