The Nero d'Avola Rosato Rosa Nera di Marabino is obtained from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes cultivated in the Buonivini district in the Val di Noto area, in the province of Siracusa. The original vineyards, with south, west, and east exposure, are located on calcareous soils with a fine and calcareous-clayey texture, at an average altitude of 30 meters above sea level. The grapes were harvested when fully ripe and sent for vinification, using only the free-run juice (the first and clearest part of the pressing), obtained through direct pressing. The alcoholic fermentation, which converted sugars into alcohol, took place in stainless steel with the use of indigenous yeasts. Before bottling, the Nero d'Avola Rosato Rosa Nera di Marabino, a product of biodynamic farming, underwent aging for several months in stainless steel.
