The Frizzante Rosè Pet-Nat di Fattoria Sardi was produced by Trebbiano and Moscato Rosso d'Amburgo handpicked in the company's vineyards located in the countryside of Lucca. After a brief maceration, the grapes were gently pressed to obtain the must. Alcoholic fermentation spontaneously began in stainless steel thanks to indigenous yeasts and concluded after bottling. There was no filtration or addition of sulfites. Its authentic nature is suggested by the name Pet-Nat, which originates from the French Pétillant-Naturel, meaning naturally sparkling.

The Sparkling Rosé Pet-Nat from Fattoria Sardi has a splendid light pink color enlivened by a slight effervescence. On the nose, it opens with hints of yellow fleshy fruit combined with notes of white flowers and citrus zest, closing with subtle sulfurous notes. The taste expresses freshness and sapidity supporting a pleasantly fruity flavor. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with vegetarian dishes based on tomatoes and seafood recipes.
