is obtained from handpicked Pinot Bianco grapes. The vineyards are located in Egna, in the province of Bolzano, at an altitude of about 240 meters above sea level. During the white winemaking process, carried out without maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The ageing lasted for 6 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the fine lees.

Baron Longo's Pinot Bianco Shutterstein presents itself with a bright yellow straw color. On the nose, it releases aromas of white flesh fruit and wild flowers, with hints of hay. It is fresh and mineral on the palate, with a delicately floral and herbaceous taste. It pairs well with fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as with tasty seafood recipes. Try it with rustic cake with robiola cheese and zucchini.
