Terlan Müller Thurgau 2025 comes from the winery's highest and steepest vineyards, located between 500 and 900 metres above sea level. It is an Alto Adige white that combines varietal aroma, precision and particularly vivid freshness.

High-altitude elegance

The grapes are harvested and selected by hand, then gently pressed. The must ferments slowly at controlled temperature in stainless steel; the wine then ages for 5-7 months on the fine lees in steel tanks.

Profile in the glass

Pale straw yellow. The bouquet combines white pepper and grapefruit with ripe peach and a characteristic hint of nutmeg. The palate is delicate, elegant and well balanced, supported by lively acidity.

Serving and pairings

Serve at 10-12 °C. Suitable as an aperitif and with swordfish carpaccio, steamed lake fish, sea bass baked in foil, boiled meat with celeriac purée and fresh alpine cheese.
