The Chardonnay by Terlan is a white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The estate vineyards used for this wine are located in the Terlano area, in the province of Bolzano, at an altitude between 260 and 350 meters above sea level. After manual harvesting, the bunches were transferred to the cellar and underwent gentle pressing and clarification. The alcoholic fermentation of the must took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged for 6-7 months in stainless steel in contact with the yeasts.

Terlan’s Chardonnay appears in the glass with a straw-yellow color and brilliant highlights. On the nose, it expresses aromas of quince and tropical yellow-fleshed fruit, combined with hints of lemon balm, aromatic herbs and subtle smoky notes. The palate is full and harmonious, supported by a vibrant mineral freshness that lingers on the finish. Versatile in character, it pairs excellently with cheeses and vegetarian dishes, as well as with enticing seafood recipes.
