Aroma floreale
Corpo medioThe Friulano Primarûl di Venica is a dedication to the history of the company: "Primarûl" in the Friulian language means firstborn/progenitor, these are in fact the first grapes that were vinified by the founder Daniele Venica, as well as those that most represent the region for some time, therefore on the occasion of the company's 90th anniversary, Gianni and Giorgio wanted to give the wine this name. The harvest takes place in mid-September; the grapes are macerated for 12-14 hours at a low temperature, then fermented in a closed vat with recirculation of carbon dioxide which reduces the amount of sulfur. At the end of the process, the wine remains on the lees for 6 months, always in steel.
The Friulano Primarûl di Venica has a bright straw yellow with greenish hues. The nose is dominated by pear and apple, accompanied by notes of hay, chamomile and wildflowers, and the typical sensation of fresh almond characteristic of the grape. In the mouth, it is round, full-bodied and with a slightly bitter and almond finish. The combination with oriental steamed ravioli with pork and vegetables is interesting.
