Capriva's Ribolla, shaped by marl soils

Historically known in the area as Ribolla di Capriva, the grape thrives on poor, marly hillside soils. The wine is bright straw yellow with golden highlights, offering wildflower and hazelnut notes. The palate is elegant and floral, carried by a long, refreshing finish.

Stainless steel and food pairing

Traditionally harvested towards the end of September, the grapes are vinified at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve their delicate aromas. The wine matures in steel before further ageing in bottle. Serve at around 11°C as an aperitif or alongside shellfish and raw fish.
