Pinot Grigio Roi Clar is a deep and distinctive wine from the Friuli Colli Orientali, made from Pinot Grigio grapes grown on mixed marl soils from vines over 25 years old.

The grapes are harvested by hand, followed by 15 days of maceration and gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with native yeasts, while ageing continues for 12 months in sustainable Sirio amphorae and then for 4-6 months in bottle.

In the glass, it shows an intense coppery rosé colour. The nose reveals pronounced aromas of red fruit and spices, while the palate combines power, elegance, minerality and savoury depth, supported by abundant yet refined tannins.

A complex and structured wine, it pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, stewed white meats such as rabbit or veal stew, and rich baked fish such as turbot, John Dory or scorpionfish.
