Capo Martino Bianco Venezia Giulia by Jermann is born from a blend of native white grapes cultivated in the territory of Dolegna del Collio (GO). The vineyards, facing East-South and West-South, root here on the typical "ponca," a unique alternation of marl and sandstone known for its ability to impart deep minerality to the wines. In the cellar, the alcoholic fermentation of the must was accompanied by a brief maceration on the skins in oak barrels where the wine rested for 10 months before bottling. Commercialization took place 2 years after the harvest.

Capo Martino Bianco Venezia Giulia by Jermann presents itself with a golden yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, it opens with aromas of apple and tropical yellow fruit followed by hints of broom and passionflower and touches of hazelnut and vanilla. On the palate, it is soft, mineral, delicately aromatic, and incredibly persistent. Excellent with cheeses and vegetarian dishes or paired with exquisite seafood preparations.
