Ronco delle Mele 2025 arrives in the year Venica celebrates thirty years since the wine's first vintage, produced in 1995. The Sauvignon comes from the namesake Collio vineyard, facing the Julian Alps, where the first R3 clone vines were planted in 1984.

A Sauvignon shaped by place

The vineyard reaches about 150 metres above sea level and benefits from different light exposures, surrounding woodland and cool northern breezes. These conditions help define a precise aromatic style in which Venica seeks intensity without sacrificing freshness and tension.

Profile and serving

The Ronco delle Mele style is marked by vegetal notes, citrus and mineral nuances, with a fresh, savoury and persistent palate. Serve at 12-13 °C; it pairs especially well with shellfish, goat's milk cheeses and asparagus-based dishes.
