W...Dreams di Jermann is one of the historical labels of the company. Produced since 1987, it is dedicated to the rock album "The Joshua Tree" by U2 released in that same year. The label and the name have undergone several changes over the years, this is a wine that the company has always had a lot of fun with; today the dots and suspensions aim to amplify the personal interpretation of "where dreams" can lead. W... Dreams... is a pure Chardonnay, cultivated on marly-sandy soils; it is vinified in steel and aged in small 300-liter barrels for about a year.

W...Dreams di JermannW...Dreams... by Jermann is bright straw yellow; on the nose, it elegantly expresses hints of exotic fruit, vanilla custard, herb butter, candied lemon, and resinous balms. In the mouth, it has a good balance between freshness, sapidity, and softness, as well as an excellent aromatic persistence. Perfect pairing with baked turbot and fresh baby spinach salad with candied lemon zest.
