The Chardonnay Tellus di Falesco Cotarella is born from 100% Chardonnay grapes coming from young vines of 5 years grown at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level. After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed and pressed. They then underwent a short 7-hour cryomaceration to extract the primary aromas of the fruit. This was followed by a 15-day alcoholic fermentation in steel. Before being bottled, the wine rested for several months in steel.
