The Bolgheri Rosato DOC by Campo alle Comete was obtained from a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes harvested slightly earlier than the right degree of ripeness to ensure greater freshness. The Bolgheri Rosato di Campo alle Comete is presented in the glass with a pale cherry pink colour. On the nose, it reveals aromas of cherry and small red fruits combined with slight balsamic hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity and with good persistence. At the table, it goes well with tasty seafood recipes as well as appetisers based on cold cuts and cheeses and white meats.
