The Vermentino di Sardegna Cala Reale di Sella & Mosca was produced from 100% Vermentino grapes. The winemaking process involved a pre-fermentative maceration phase at a temperature of 10°C for 24 hours in order to extract the primary fruit aromas. Alcoholic fermentation, which converted sugars into alcohol, took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The ageing occurred for several months in stainless steel.

The Vermentino di Sardegna Cala Reale di Sella & Mosca appears in the glass with a straw-yellow color. On the nose, it releases aromas of tropical yellow pulp fruit intertwined with hints of Mediterranean scrubland and light saline notes. The palate is fresh and mineral, supported by an intense fruity taste that lingers into a finish of aromatic herbs. It pairs well with vegetarian dishes and flavorful seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
