The Bianco frizzante Charme di Firriato is a blend of native island vines designed to offer a fresh and lively version of the expression of this corner of Sicily. We are in Borgo Guarini, in the Agro Trapanese, at 250 meters above sea level, on soils of medium texture tending towards sandy; here the influence of the Mediterranean is always present, with healthy constant sea breezes. The grapes are harvested in the first decade of September, a bit earlier than full ripeness, they are gently pressed and slowly fermented in autoclave, at controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine rests for 3 months on its lees.

The Bianco frizzante Charme di Firriato presents itself with a pale straw color, with delicate greenish reflections. The nose offers gentle notes of wildflowers and broom, hints that recall mango, papaya, ripe banana, and melon; after a few moments, fine hints of rosemary and laurel also emerge. In the mouth, it has great carefree drinkability, fine and lively perlage, beautiful freshness that perfectly balances the generosity of fruit. Perfect for a summer aperitif, it is delicious on the beach with prosciutto and melon.
