was obtained from 100% PLACEHOLDER_WINEGROWERNAMED grapes grown in the company vineyards located between the provinces of Palermo and Caltanissetta. To start the white winemaking process, the grape clusters underwent an 8-hour cold maceration at a temperature of 8°C and then gentle pressing. The alcoholic fermentation of the must took place in stainless steel at controlled temperature. The aging process lasted for 4 months in stainless steel with contact with the fine lees.
