The TITLE1_PLACEHOLDER was produced from 100% Verdicchio grapes grown in the San Pietro area, a hamlet of Montecarotto (AN) municipality. The vineyards, facing South-East, are located on calcareous-clayey soils, at an altitude ranging from 180 to 250 meters above sea level. Manual harvesting took place in crates, in the first half of September, with a yield of 70-90 quintals per hectare. The white vinification process took place entirely in activated stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The aging lasted for several months in stainless steel.

TITLE2_PLACEHOLDER: TASTING

The WINE_NAME_PLACEHOLDER presents itself with a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of white pulp fruit and wild flowers combined with hints of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean citrus fruits. The taste is fresh and mineral, with a pleasant fruity and floral flavor. The finish is distinctly citrusy. It pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes, as well as with delicious seafood dishes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
