The Pecorino Villa Angela di Velenosi is born from pure Pecorino grapes grown in the area of Ascoli Piceno. The vineyards are rooted in medium-textured soils tending towards sandy at an altitude ranging from 200 to 300 meters above sea level. The harvest was carried out by hand in small crates in the middle of September with a yield of about 80 quintals per hectare. The white vinification included a cold maceration phase that favored the extraction of primary aromas. The alcoholic fermentation of the must took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-15°C. The refinement lasted for several months in stainless steel.

The Pecorino Falerio Villa Angela by Velenosi presents itself with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of tropical yellow pulp fruit combined with floral hints of white acacia and jasmine, and notes of aromatic herbs and citrus. The taste is fresh and exquisitely mineral with a soft herbaceous and citrusy finish. Its versatile nature at the table pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes as well as tasty seafood preparations.
