Chardonnay Blasi di Vigneti RealeChardonnay Blasi by Vigneti Reale is the family interpretation of this French grape variety which has now wide diffusion in Salento. The label shows a detail of the entrance to Masseria Blasi, the pulsating heart of the company, with Chardonnay vineyards and ancient olive trees. The grapes are harvested in the first decade of August, by hand, with careful selection of the bunches. Vinification and aging take place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

CHARDONNAY BLASI VIGNETI REALE: TASTING

Blasi Chardonnay from Vigneti Reale in Salento has an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, it smells of apple, papaya, pineapple, chamomile, and hay, with hints of sweet spices. In the mouth, it has a certain pulp, and it is soft and at the same time fresh. An excellent white to start the party with simple snacks, but also happy paired with just-cooked cicadas, new Apulian olive oil, or with a warm salad of octopus and red mullets.
