The Podium Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore di Garofoli is produced from 100% Verdicchio grapes. The vineyards are located in the area of Montecarotto (AN) on partially clayey and sandy soils. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 70 quintals per hectare at perfect ripening of the grapes. During vinification, alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. The aging occurred for 15 months in stainless steel in contact with the noble lees, plus an additional 4 months in the bottle.
