was produced from 100% Teroldego grapes grown in the company's vineyard located on alluvial sandy soils. During the winemaking process, alcoholic fermentation was initiated with indigenous yeasts in Spanish terracotta amphorae, the tijanas de Villarrobledo. The maceration of the must on the skins lasted for 8 months in the same containers. The aging took place for several months in cement tanks.
TEROLDEGO SGARZON VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI FORADORI: TASTING
The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Rosso di Foradori presents a ruby red color with garnet reflections. On the nose, it evokes aromas of red fruits, violet, and undergrowth which combine with hints of wet earth and dark spices. The palate is rich and structured, supported by round tannins and a distinct minerality that persists in the finish. This wine pairs well with flavorful earthy dishes, especially those based on red meats or game.
