The Spumante Opera Rosè di Le Marchesine comes from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc grapes. After manual harvesting, the bunches were transported to the cellar and underwent a soft pressing. The must was fermented in stainless steel tanks for several days at a controlled temperature. The second alcoholic fermentation, responsible for the sparkling process, took place in the bottle where the wine rested for 18 months in contact with the lees. The residual sugar content is 10 grams/liter.

The PLACEHOLDER_WINEESTRAPOLO of Le Marchesina shines in the glass with a delicate pink color enhanced by a fine perlage. On the nose, it expresses aromas of cherry and wild berries mingled with floral hints and notes of citrus and bread crust. The taste is fresh and lively, with good minerality and pleasant persistence. Excellent paired with cold cuts and cheeses, as well as exquisite seafood dishes, especially those with a tomato base.
