Ribolla Gialla Roi Clar is a white wine from the Friuli Colli Orientali, made from Ribolla Gialla grapes grown on mixed marl soils and harvested by hand. It offers a precise and expressive interpretation of one of Friuli’s most distinctive native grape varieties.

The grapes are gently pressed, followed by fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts. Ageing continues for 12 months in sustainable Sirio amphorae and then for 4-6 months in glass, preserving freshness, aromatic definition and the wine’s natural balance.

In the glass, it shows a straw yellow colour of medium intensity. The nose reveals notes of oregano, marjoram and pear, with a fine, clean and distinctive aromatic profile. On the palate, it is vertical and mineral, yet also soft and savoury, with a composed and highly gastronomic character.

This is a very versatile wine at the table, ideal with raw or cooked fish, white meats, beef tartare, seasonal raw salads and lightly spiced cured meats.
