The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry 'Jeio' by Bisol is the result of a carefully crafted blend, combining the native Glera grape with small percentages of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, and Verdiso. The vines of these varieties grow in the hills of Valdobbiadene, about 200 meters above sea level, using the traditional double capovolto and sylvoz training systems. The vineyards are oriented towards the south, east, and west, ensuring ideal grape ripening. Harvested in September, the grapes undergo a fermentation process in steel, followed by a secondary fermentation using the Martinotti Method.
The result is a Prosecco with a brilliant straw-yellow color and greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals fresh and fruity aromas, with notes of white fruit, wildflowers, and subtle herbaceous nuances. On the palate, it is lively, fragrant, with a fresh and well-balanced acidity, and a pleasant, persistent finish. This Prosecco is perfect for any occasion, distinguished by its elegance and freshness.
