The <Kerner di Köfererhof> is a 100% white wine sourced from the company's vineyards located in the Varna area in the province of Bolzano. The vineyards here are rooted in morainic soils at an altitude ranging from 600 to 900 meters above sea level. During vinification, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement lasted for several months in stainless steel. The is a semi-aromatic grape variety born in 1929 in Germany from the cross between the Schiava Grossa and Riesling.

KERNER KOFERERHOF: TASTING

The displays a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections in the glass. On the nose, it showcases aromas of tropical yellow flesh fruit chasing hints of alpine herbs and crisp citrus notes. The tasting is fruity and delicately aromatic supported by a vibrant mineral freshness that lingers in the finish. It pairs well at the table with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as with seafood delicacies based on white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
