The Cabernet Sauvignon Vicenza di Torre dei Vescovi is born from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on hilly, calcareous soil in the territory of Vicenza. Once they arrived at the winery, the bunches were subjected to traditional red vinification including maceration of the must on the skins and malolactic fermentation that smoothed out the aromatic and structural edges of the wine. The aging took place for 6 months in wood and stainless steel. Cabernet Sauvignon is a typical Bordeaux grape variety, cultivated in many parts of the world, which has found in Veneto one of its favored terroirs.
