Girlan's 448 slm Bianco was produced from Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes grown on mineral-rich soils at an altitude of approximately 448 metres above sea level. After manual harvesting, the bunches were transported to the cellar to begin vinification through soft crushing. Alcoholic fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Maturation took place for several months in stainless steel in contact with the fine lees.

448 SLM WHITE GIRLAN: THE TASTING

Girlan's 448 slm Bianco presents itself to the eye with an intense straw yellow colour. On the nose it expresses aromas of peach and white-fleshed fruit that meet hints of white spring flowers and notes of aromatic herbs. The taste is smooth and balanced, supported by a vibrant mineral freshness that lingers in the finish. Excellent as an aperitif, at the table it goes particularly well with vegetarian dishes and tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish and crustaceans.
