The Carta d'Oro di Rallo is mainly made from Catarratto grapes with the addition of Sauvignon Blanc and Viogner from the company estate in Patti Piccolo, a hamlet of Alcamo (TP). The South and Southeast-facing vineyards are located on sandy-loam soils at an altitude ranging from 150 to 300 meters above sea level. White winemaking, carried out without maceration of the must on the skins, included a phase of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasting 8-10 days. The aging process lasted 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

BIANCO CARTA D'ORO RALLO: TASTING NOTES

The Carta d'Oro di Rallo presents itself with an intense straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical yellow-fleshed fruit and white flowers combined with subtle notes of aromatic herbs. The palate is lively, fresh, and savory with a distinct fruity taste. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as light seafood dishes featuring white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
