CARPANO CLASSICO RED VERMOUTH: THE DRINKS
NEGRONI

Ingredients:

• 3 cl Carpano Classico
• 3 cl Bitter
• 3 cl Gin
• 1 orange slice
• Ice

Preparation:
Mix in a glass filled with ice in this order: Gin, Bitter, Carpano Classico. Garnish with an orange slice.

CARPANO SPRITZ

Ingredients:

• 4 cl Carpano Classico
• 4 cl Prosecco
• 1 splash Soda Water
• 1 Orange peel
• Ice

Preparation:

Fill the glass with ice. Pour the ingredients, then finish with a splash of Soda Water or Seltz. Stir gently with a spoon and garnish with orange peel.

SMASHED CARPANO

Ingredients:

• 4 cl Carpano Classico
• 1/4 fresh orange
• 1/4 fresh grapefruit
• 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 splash soda

Preparation:

Cut the orange and grapefruit into cubes and place them in the glass. Add 2 bar spoons of sugar and muddle. Fill with crushed ice and top with Carpano Classico and soda. Stir gently from bottom to top and garnish with a mint sprig.
