Vulcaia was, along with Vulcaia Fumé, the first wine from the Inama winery. It is produced in the vineyards of Soave Classico, particularly in the area at the foot of Monte Foscarino. Given the volcanic soil where the vines are planted, Vulcaia represents a unique expression of Sauvignon, which in this Soave region loses its typical varietal notes to offer a completely new version of the French variety. Fermentation and aging on fine lees take place in stainless steel tanks.

VULCAIA SAUVIGNON INAMA: TASTING NOTES 

It is characterized by an intense yellow color. The nose is floral and citrusy; on the palate, it is refreshing with its acidity and minerality, extending further with citrus tones. This white wine pairs well with rabbit or chicken, for example in a warm salad or baked with vegetables; it is also very good with asparagus risotto or, continuing with this vegetable that pairs well with Sauvignon, with eggs and asparagus.
