Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC Rosè de Noir “La Sdraio” 2025 – Buglioni is a fresh, fragrant rosé produced from Corvina and Rondinella grapes grown in a single estate-owned vineyard on the hills east of Lake Garda, in the Bardolino area. The morainic, gravelly and well-drained soils, enriched by sandy and clay components, help shape an elegant and gently savoury wine with a distinctive connection to the landscape surrounding the lake.

The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo gentle pressing, followed by a short cold maceration of the must in contact with the skins. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, while ageing continues for eight months in the cellar, including four months in stainless-steel tanks. Pale and luminous pink in colour, the wine offers aromas of peach, raspberry, pomegranate, redcurrant and wild strawberry, joined by citrus fruit, rose, peony and white flowers. The palate is lively, harmonious and refreshing, with an appealing fruit-driven character.

The name La Sdraio, meaning “deck chair” in Italian, evokes relaxation, summer days by the lake or sea and the freedom to enjoy the moment. It pairs beautifully with seafood starters, fresh salads, prawn tartare, cured ham with melon, paella, seafood couscous and sushi. Serve well chilled at approximately 4 °C.
