The Palmì Bianco Frizzante di Santa Maria La Palma is born from a blend of local white grapes grown in the Nurra of Alghero (SS) and harvested early. In the cellar, the white vinification took place, which included a phase of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. A second fermentation ensured the formation of lively bubbles that give further agility to the wine.

The Palmì Sparkling from Sardinia by Santa Maria La Palma stands out with a pale yellow color and lively bubbles. On the nose, it offers aromas of yellow flesh fruit that intertwine with floral notes of hawthorn and clear hints of Mediterranean scrub. The sip is fresh and lively supported by good minerality and a pleasant citrusy finish.
