The Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Secca Frizzante di Colleluce has been produced from 100% Vernaccia Nera grapes grown in the Sogliano area, in the territory of Colleluce, a hamlet of San Severino Marche (MC). The vineyards are south-east facing and are located on gravelly-brecciated soils, at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level. This characteristic red wine from the Marche region comes from the soft pressing of dried grapes (50%) and fresh grapes (50%) fermented separately. For the sparkling process, the two parts of the wine were blended and refermented in autoclave, following the rules of the Martinotti Method (or Charmat).
VERNACCIA DI SERRAPETRONA SECCA FRIZZANTE COLLELUCE: TASTING NOTES
The Vernaccia di Serrapetrona Secca Frizzante di Colleluce presents itself in the glass with a bright purple red color accentuated by lively bubbles. On the nose, it expresses fragrant aromas of cherry and small red fried foods that blend with delicate notes of black pepper and dark spices. On the palate, it is straightforward and dry, supported by a pleasant fruity taste that invites another sip. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with cured meats and cheeses of various ages, as well as tasty meat-based dishes with white and red meats.Product specifications
