The Verdicchio di Matelica di Collestefano is obtained from 100% Verdicchio grapes grown in the area of Colle Stefano, a hamlet of Castelraimondo (MC). The vineyards are located on clayey and sandy soils, at an altitude of about 420 meters above sea level. During vinification, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The aging process lasts for 4 months in stainless steel on the fine lees.

The Verdicchio di Matelica di Collestefano presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of white peach combine with hints of white flowers, grapefruit, and citrus notes. The taste is fresh and savory, enhanced by a pleasant fruity finish. It pairs well with cheeses, vegetarian dishes, and delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
