The Valpolicella by Villa Fura is the result of a blend of 60% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, and 15% Rondinella grapes harvested in mid-September. In the winery, the bunches were destemmed and gently crushed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 7–10 days, accompanied by a brief maceration on the skins. After malolactic fermentation, which softened both aromatic and structural edges, the wine was aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

VALPOLICELLA VILLA FURA: TASTING NOTES

Villa Fura’s Valpolicella displays an intense ruby red colour with bright highlights. On the nose, it offers aromas of cherry and wild berries, enriched by floral nuances and subtle spicy hints. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly savoury, supported by well-integrated tannins and a distinctly fruity flavour that invites another sip. At the table, it pairs perfectly with cold cuts and cheeses, as well as with light and flavourful meat-based appetizers and first courses.
