The Trebbiano di ValentiniTrebbiano from Valentini is obtained from 100% Trebbiano grapes cultivated in the territory of Loreto Aprutino, in the province of Pescara. We are truly witnessing a marvel of Abruzzo's winemaking, an oenological masterpiece that year after year captivates the hearts and palates of enthusiasts from all over the world. Produced entirely by hand, without clarification or filtration, Valentini's Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is the result of a meticulous manual harvest, after which the grapes are transported to the cellar for vinification. Alcoholic fermentation occurs naturally with the assistance of indigenous yeasts in oak barrels of 50 and 70 hectoliters, where the wine also matures for a period of 12 months.
Valentini's Trebbiano captivates the eye with its straw yellow color and golden reflections. Broad and complex, it releases intense aromas of ripe yellow flesh fruit on the nose, along with hints of toasted nuts and notes of vanilla and sweet spices. The palate is full, harmonious, and deep, enhanced by a gentle freshness combined with a decisive and elegant minerality that lingers in the long and thrilling finish characterized by fruity and spicy nuances. This wine pairs well with blue cheeses, vegetarian dishes, as well as elaborate recipes featuring white fish, shellfish, and crustaceans. It also complements white meats perfectly.
