The Bollé Cuvèe Brut by Andreola comes from Glera grapes in purity from vineyards located in the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene territories at an altitude ranging from 250 to 500 meters above sea level. During the production of the base wine, alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. The refinement was done for 3 months in stainless steel tanks. In compliance with the Charmat Method, the refermentation took place in an autoclave with foam intake of 30-40 days. The residual sugar content is 9 grams/liter.

The Bollé Cuvèe Brut by Andreola stands out with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections highlighted by lively bubbles. On the nose, it offers scents of yellow pulp fruit and white flowers combined with light notes of citrus fruits and bread crust. The taste is fresh and soft, supported by good sapidity that lingers in the finish.
