Alta Langa Pas Dosé millesimato Elem is part of the project by Eleonora Martini of the Sant'Orsola group who has created a series of quality products, with particular attention to fashion, packaging and design aspects. For the company, the raw material has always and in any case centrality: in Piedmont, where the production plants are based, the supply chain is short and controlled directly by the team of internal agronomists. Over 1,200 families of farmers located throughout the lower Piedmont cultivate their grapes with love and dedication to entrust them, once harvested, to the skilled hands of the company's winemakers. This Classic Method is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand, softly pressed, vinified in steel and refermented in the bottle with permanence on the lees for at least 36 months.

ALTA LANGA PAS DOSÉ MILLESIMATO ELEM: TASTING

The Alta Langa Pas Dosé vintage Elem is straw yellow illuminated by the fine perlage. Delicate floral nuances of chamomile and orange blossom emerge on the nose, introducing fruity notes of apple, pineapple, citrus, and again lemongrass and light bread crust. The mouth is elegant, fresh and savoury. Delicious with grilled prawns and cuttlefish.
