The Soave Classico Rétro di Bolla is a Soave composed of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave. The label with which it is marketed is the historic one from the 1950s (the winery was born as early as the end of the 19th century in Soave). The grapes come from the area of the denomination, characterised by soils of volcanic origin; the plants have been selected and propagated over time with the aim of obtaining healthy, sparse and light clusters. The vinification takes place according to the traditional method: fermentation and ageing in steel.

The Soave Classico Rétro Bolla is presented in the glass with a beautiful intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose has fragrant aromas of flowers, especially acacia and elderberry, exotic fruit, with notes of papaya, and honey. On the palate, it is balanced, with the reverberation of fruity tones, good freshness and pleasant flavour. Perfect everyday wine, it pairs happily with vegetarian dishes, such as an omelette with onions from Tropea, thyme and white Scamorza, as well as delicate fish dishes, from pink shrimp tartare to warm seafood salad.
