The Vette Sauvignon di Tenuta San Leonardo is born from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. After the harvest, the clusters were transported to the cellar for vinification, which began with a 12-hour cold maceration. This operation allowed for greater extraction of the primary fruit aromas. Following soft pressing, the must was then fermented for a period of approximately 20 days. The refinement took place for 5 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with the yeasts.

SAUVIGNON VETTE TENUTA SAN LEONARDO: TASTING

The Sauvignon Vette from Tenuta San Leonardo presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of white flesh fruit intertwined with hints of white flowers and vegetal notes of sage and tomato leaf. The taste is fresh and mineral. The finish is pleasant, characterized by fruity and vegetable tones. It pairs well with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes. Excellent when paired with delicious seafood recipes based on white fish and shellfish.
