The Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC Quarz 2022 by Terlano is made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 15 days. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels for 6 months. It is vinified in the Terlano area, located in Alto Adige. The vines grow in quartzite soils and benefit from excellent sun exposure.
