The Marche Rosso Passione e Visione di Domodimonti is a 100% Petit Verdot red wine. The vineyards, facing South, are rooted in calcareous-clayey soils, about 200 meters above sea level. The harvest took place in the second half of October. The vinification process included a phase of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel. The aging occurred for 18 months in barriques and for an additional 12 months in the bottle.

ROSSO PASSIONE E VISIONE DOMODIMONTI: TASTING NOTES

The Red Passion and Vision from Domodimonti reveals itself with a ruby red color and purple reflections. On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe cherry and red fruits in jam, combined with hints of tobacco, leather, and dark oriental spices. On the palate, it is soft and full-bodied, with a velvety tannic texture. The finish is warm and persistent with spicy notes. It pairs well with aged cheeses and important earth-based dishes with red meats.
