Prosecco Superiore Dosaggio Zero 30 harvests is how Francesco Drusian celebrated his first, gratifying, 30 years of activity. A limited edition bottle, presented at Vinitaly 2018, produced with grapes selected from 30 plots of the Valdobbiadene hills and harvested by hand, in the second half of September. The second fermentation, according to the traditional Charmat method, lasts for 120 days, a very long time, which gives the wine a very fine perlage and excellent aromas.

Drusian Prosecco Superiore 30 Raccolti shows itself in the glass with a fresh straw yellow with greenish reflections and fine bubbles; on the nose, it is generous with youthful aromas of apple, citrus notes, white flowers and hints of mint. In the mouth, it is elegant, very dry, thirst-quenching. Good as for starters, but also capable of facing the whole meal. It makes you happy, for example, in the company of fresh pasta with the fragrant Tuscan pumarola, or with paccheri with summer vegetable ragout and basil.
