The Prosecco Brut Millesimato Sior Carlo by V8+ is made from the finest Glera grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC area on gravelly foothill soils. After the harvest, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed. The must obtained is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the delicate aromas of the original grapes. After the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is placed in an autoclave, where selected yeasts initiate the sparkling process, which lasts about 40 days.

The Prosecco Brut Millesimato Sior Carlo by V8+ presents a pale straw-yellow color, traversed by a fine thread of minute bubbles. On the nose, it reveals an intense floral and fruity aroma, with notes of Granny Smith apple, pear, white peach, kiwi, acacia, and lime. On the palate, it is dry and elegant, refreshing with good acidity and intriguing sapidity. It is an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with a fine selection of raw fish, shellfish, and crustaceans.
