Moscato d'Asti di Saracco was obtained from 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli grapes grown in vineyards located in the areas of Castiglione Tinella, Santo Stefano Belbo, Castagnole Lanze and Calosso. After the harvest, the clusters were softly pressed to retain the most aromatic part of the grape juice present in the outermost area of the berry. After fermentation at a controlled temperature and second fermentation, the wine is microfiltered and bottled to ensure maximum freshness and aroma.
Moscato d'Asti di Saracco is presented in the glass with a bright straw yellow colour with greenish reflections enlivened by a fine perlage. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of orange blossom, yellow pulp fruit intertwined with timid hints of aromatic herbs. The sip is elegant and pleasant, enhanced by an indisputable balance between sweetness and acidity, typical of the great Moscato. At the table, at the end of a meal, it goes well with dry pastries, pies and fruit cakes as well as opulent blue cheeses.
