Banfi makes this Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG entirely from Brachetto grapes grown on limestone and clay soils, with Guyot-trained vines. In 2025, spring rainfall was followed by early-August heat; mid-August storms restored cooler nights, and harvesting began on 22 August with healthy, highly aromatic grapes showing good natural acidity.

Rose, strawberry and fine bubbles

Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel using the Charmat method preserves the grape's fragrant character. Bright ruby-red in colour, it displays a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of strawberries, Bulgarian rose and wild berries lead to a sweet yet lively palate with a refreshing, fruity finish.

Serve at 8–10°C with fresh strawberries, fruit salads, fruit tarts and delicate pastries. The 750 ml bottle is equally well suited to a relaxed toast.
